The hotel may not have been exactly what I had expected, but staying at Erinvale turned out to be a decent choice overall. The rooms were small but comfortable for a short stay, though they do require some adjustments. The service was exceptionally accommodating and friendly, with staff going above and beyond. The location, while a bit further out, offered a peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful wine estates. As for the dining, there were some disappointments, but there were also satisfying options available.

They are spacious enough for a toddler to play in, featuring a lovely separate lounge and a huge comfortable bed. The service was top-notch, with all staff being genuinely concerned about ensuring a perfect stay. The location, amid beautiful gardens with wineries nearby, was a peaceful retreat with convenient access to Cape Town and Hermanus. The dining experience under the oak tree was excellent with plenty of choices. However, some areas could use more grass instead of concrete. Overall, a great value for money stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the security entrance of the golf course, offering a mix of comfort and noise late at night from passing cars. The rooms, though small, are well-equipped and cozy for a one-night stay.
